It’s no secret that everyone today is looking to achieve their health and wellness goals, however, it can be extremely tough, especially when it comes to food.

While I’m writing this, I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and my cravings are far from different than with my first child. With my first born, I didn’t have much of an appetite and most foods made me nauseous just by the smell of them. This time, it’s different. I can pretty much eat whatever without feeling sick, which is great! But the cravings can be a bit hard to control sometimes.

If you couldn’t already tell, one thing I have been craving is pizza. I’m normally not a huge pizza eater, but apparently baby #2 is a fan! While pizza can be delicious and great for the soul, it’s not the healthiest option (although once in a while won’t hurt), so I decided to do my own take on pizza and make sure I still incorporated protein into this recipe.
